 A Message From Our New Principal, Mr. Baginski
I am very excited to be the new Elms School principal and I am looking forward to working with the entire Elms School community. As principal, I intend to build on the strong foundation of academic excellence that already exists at the Elms School and to explore new ideas that will motivate students to achieve even greater success. By working together, I know that we can accomplish any goal that is set and meet any challenge that we might face.
I'm looking forward to meeting each of you and working with the entire school community to make the Elms Elementary School the best that it can be!

 At the request of parents, we are posting the following suggestions for Back to School supplies. Please understand that these are only SUGGESTIONS for the school supplies that your child might need or want during the course of the year. These supplies are NOT REQUIRED. As the school year begins, different teachers may encourage students to have items that are not on this list. We realize that parents and guardians are eager to purchase various school supplies before the inventory runs out, but because of different teachers’ preferences, unfortunately we cannot list these items.

From the Principal
About the Principal
Mr. Baginski began as principal of the Elms Elementary School on August 1, 2008. He is a graduate of The College of New Jersey, where he earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics. He has also earned two graduate degrees, including a master's degree in teaching from The College of New Jersey and a master's degree in Administration, Supervision & Curriculum Planning from Georgian Court University. For the three years prior to coming to the Elms School, Mr. Baginski was the principal of the Howard C. Johnson Elementary School right here in Jackson and for the three years before that he was the elementary math supervisor for the Jackson School District.
Mr. Baginski loves being a principal because he loves to learn new things and he enjoys solving problems. Outside of school, Mr. Baginski enjoys playing sports and going to the beach with his wife, Jennifer and their three children, Nick age 14, Julie age 8, and Alex age 3. Dan Baginski
